We had such a good time building a community of costume educators last, we decided to have another workshop this year! In this year's workshop, we build on the work started last year, exploring community, examining teaching practices, and expanding avenues of scholarship. This year's themes include an investigation of cultural appropriation and how decolonial thinking can influence teaching practices. We highlight costume voices in leadership positions and hear from community members who are putting new teaching and scholarship into practice. Sign up linked above.
