Hi everyone! My name is Hannah Winkler, and I am a first year student studying Theatre Design and Production at the University of Michigan with a concentration in costume design. I am super excited to be a part of this project. I've been into fashion and clothing for as long as I can remember so this is going to be a really great experience. I've never worked with fabric printing or heat transfer before, and I'm excited to see what we can do with it and the POUNDS of clothes we got from the thrift store (currently being washed). I think these bioart photos are absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to make some really beautiful clothing pieces with them.
