Sketch-day #1

Another goal while on sabbatical is getting more comfortable working digitally. For the past few years, I've been using Procreate on an ipad pro to create costume renderings (see Die Fledermaus and Candide on my opera portfolio for examples). Now, I'm on a Surface and learning the app Sketchbook by AutoCad. The microsoft stylus is quite responsive & specific, though a bit heavier in my hand. I'm trying to draw everyday and learn which brushes I like. This week I settled on the pencil 2.
